专利说明:

The invention relates to lighting technology, in particular to a car headlight diffractor. A car headlamp divider is known, containing a flat base and variable scattering elements located opposite to it along the vertical axis of the diffuser with variable width, having a cross-sectional segment shape and alternating with flat portions of the joint venture. Such a diffuser contains areas with different widths of the scattering elements and a transition zone from one section to another, with the elements in the transition zone having a variable width to height (the distance from the base of the diffusor to the top of the segment). In the manufacture of such a diffuser, for example by casting, defects arise in the transition zone due to the complexity of manufacturing the casting mold and, therefore, distortion of the resulting light beam and inefficient use of the light emitted by the headlamp. The aim of the invention is to increase the E 3 efficiency of the use of light from the headlamp. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the diffuser of a car headlight, flat ornovas are located opposite to it along the vertical axis of the diffuser scattering elements of variable width, have a cross section of the segment shape and alternating with flat sections, the distance from the base of the diffuser to the top of the segment is scattered the element is located along the length of each scattering element, and the distance from the base of the scattering of bodies to each flat region is variable along the length of the flat region. - Changes to directions j-; e. ugp-:. H-trine scattering elements. 42 At the same time, each scattering element can be made convex or concave. FIG. 1 shows a diffuser with convex scattering elements in FIG. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. one; 44 is a section on BB in FIG. one; in fig. 5 - section GGD in FIG. one; in fig. 6 - diffuser with concave in FIG. diffusing elements, in FIG. 7 shows a dd in fig. 6; in fig. 8 shows the S-E in FIG. 6j in FIG. 9 is a section in MF in FIG. 6; in fig. 10 section 3-3 in FIG. 6. The diffuser of the automobile headlight contains a flat base 1 and disperser elements 3 of variable width disposed opposite to it along the vertical axis 2 of the diffuser, having a segment shape in cross section and alternating with flat sections 4 forming deflecting prisms, and the distance from the base 1 scatterer to the top 5 of the scattering element segment of a constant along the length of each dissipative element, and the distance from the base 1 of the scatterer to each flat section 4 is variable along the length of the flat area and decreases in the direction of decreasing the width of the scattering elements so that between the base 1 and the flat} an angle oi is formed. Dispersing elements can be either convex-1i or concave. The proposed diffuser allows both the scattering effect of light on the scattering elements 3 and the inclination of the light on prismatic elements forming flat areas 4 to be obtained. In addition, the manufacture of such a diffuser is more simple.
